From June 1st 2021. implementation began for the project “Improved Emergency Preparedness – Coordinated Response in the Cross-Border Area of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina (CBC-IePCR)”, which is co-financed under the IPA II Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Serbia–Bosnia and Herzegovina. The project lead is the Mountain Rescue Service of Serbia, and the partners, in addition to our club, are the Mountain Rescue Service Station Sarajevo and the Mountain Rescue Service Station Brčko.

The aim of the project is to enhance the level of cooperation, as well as human resource and technical capacities for responding to crisis situations in the cross-border area. The project envisages the procurement of a wide range of equipment necessary for an appropriate response in various situations, and a large part of the training-related activities will be carried out on the hard-to-access terrain of Tara, as well as on the lakes and river courses in our municipality.

Project activities
