In Sardinia, in the town of Posada, from 27th to 29th of october the project meeting was held. According to the original plan, the meeting in Sardinia was to be the first to take place within the realisation of the project, however due to the whole situation, this was not possible. The three-day meeting, with a very interesting agenda, met all expectations.

On the first day, in the beautiful historic building of Casa delle Dame, where the meeting base was, all participants met each other first. In addition to the project team members from Italy, Slovenia and Serbia, ladies outdoor guides from Italy, or those who would like to become one, were present as well. Nakon uvodne prezentacije i upoznavanja, učesnici sastanka obišli su Posadu i Fava castle pod vođstvom žena vodiča iz CEAS di Posada. In the afternoon, it was the turn of exchange of experiences and good practice, but also the presentation of a video blog which is one of the most important results of this meeting. First, short videos were broadcast in which ladies from Italy, Slovenia and Serbia, experienced guides and participants in earlier project activities, talked about the project and their experiences in the guide business.  This presentation was an extremely good introduction to the exchange of experiences and good practice. Female guides from Italy, together with their counterparts from Slovenia and Serbia, who joined online, had an extremely interesting exchange with a lot of good results. All video material produced in preparation for this meeting can be viewed within the Blog on the website of the Mountaineering Club Tara. The new blog is an exceptional opportunity to exchange experiences, not only during the duration of the project, but also after its completion. This platform allows all interested dams to share their impressions and experiences in a very simple way. On the other hand, the blog is onine and is available to everyone so that a very wide audience will have the opportunity to view these content.

The second day was reserved for outdoor activities under the guidance of female guides. CEAS Santa Lucia di Siniscola took participants on a tour of the Gana’e Gortoe Cave as well as the Monte Idda trail. The extraordinary experience in the cave with great guides has once again shown that women are absolutely equal in this business. After speleological activities, the group walked along a new path that leads to a beautiful view above the small town of Siniscola. After compulsory photography on the viewing table, a brief tour of the city centre followed and a meeting with local sights, completing a visit to Siniscola. Afternoon outdoor activity on the second day is realized in the wetlandarea of Tepilora Park. Female guides presented the area best to all participants in the meeting. The general impression is that these landscapes of extraordinary beauty properly reflect the beauty of all of Sardinia.

And finally, on the third day, the project team meeting was held first in the morning.   The meeting analyzed the project activities so far, summing up the results achieved, as well as plans for upcoming activities. The general view is that the project is progressing extremely well and that the results are above planned. It was also noted that in the coming period the focus would be on the visibility of the project. In the afternoon, there was also an extremely cavalier seminar to discuss outdoor sports in protected areas. U okviru seminara, kroz izuzetno  zanimljive prezentacije,  predstavljno je nekoliko zaštićenih područja u sve tri zemlje učesnice projekta. Among other lecturers, Federico Massimo Ceschin, current ambassador of the European Climate Pact, and Giovanni Antonio Sanna, regional co-ordinator of the Italian SIMTUR Federation, also spoke at the seminar.   This important seminar was abundant with important topics and quality discussion and properly concluded the meeting in Posada.

Summing up the results of this project meeting, the general impression is that she leads project has contributed enormously primarily to connecting and establishing cooperation between women guides. The meeting in Sardinia was more than successful, and in addition to the high quality exchange of experiences and good practice, one of the more important results of this meeting is a video blog that you can watch on the following link https://www.planinarskiklubtara.org/sheleads/.
